Mowing Crew Leader

The Mowing Crew Leader will be responsible for a small mowing crew. They will need to ensure the route gets done efficiently and to the Stripes standard. They will need to make sure all issues are reported to the Foreman in a timely manner and to make sure crew time is being reported properly. Will need to have equipment maintenance skills and repair skills. Will need to possess excellent customer service skills and minor selling skills. Need to work as a team and be able to problem solve and troubleshoot to get the route done.
